GRE Test Preparation
Test Description
The GRE (Graduate Record Examination) measures verbal reasoning, quantitative reasoning, and critical thinking and analytical writing skills. The exam is 2 hours and 30 minutes in length and is offered year-round at computer-based test centers in the US, Canada, and many other countries.
Tutoring Services
Fox Chapel Tutoring offers one-on-one tutoring for all subject areas of the GRE. Most students complete 5-6 hours of tutoring per subject. Tutoring should begin no later than 6-8 weeks prior to the GRE test date.
Tutoring is provided at an hourly rate of $80. (One hour minimum) Additional time is billed at $40 per half hour for each visit. Payment is due at the time of service. For distances beyond ten miles, an additional charge may apply.
